What we can help with
- Questions about our recommendations. If you are stuck choosing between two products, tell us about your dog and we will give you an honest opinion.
- Corrections. If something on this site is out of date or wrong, please tell us. We would rather fix it than defend it.
- Suggestions. If there is a guide you wish existed, it is genuinely useful for us to know.
- Brands and partnerships. We are open to conversations, on the understanding that we do not sell positive reviews.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give veterinary advice. We are not veterinarians, and we will not guess about your animal’s health over email. If your animal is unwell, please contact a licensed veterinarian – and if it is urgent, do that now rather than waiting for a reply from us.
